Warzone 2.0 DMZ Guide – How to get the Shadow Warrior skin
The Excavation mission is only available after you’ve completed all of the other fice missions in that tier. Once it’s available, you can begin the mission by going to the tallest building in Al Mazrah city and looking for the sniper’s note halfway up on the rooftop. You can reach the rooftop via zipline. The note is hidden beneath a stairwell.
You will then be given orders to place three Trackers at various bunker locations. However, you’ll need to obtain the trackers from the Al Bagra Fortress on the island’s south shore. One useful tip that many players are unaware of is that you can obtain the Trackers before picking up the Sniper’s note, saving a significant amount of time and effort.
The bunker locations are not too far from Al Mazrah City, so if you get the Trackers first, the rest of the mission will go pretty quickly. From the roof, you can glide straight to the entrance of the first bunker on the east side of Al Mazrah City. You need to go into the underground parking deck and follow the right wall until you find a stairwell that goes down several levels. The Tracker needs to be put on the wall in the stairwell. Place the Tracker where the orange arrow is spray-painted on the wall.
The next spot is under the bridge between Taraq Village and Al Mazrah City that is furthest to the north on the map. Look for a hole in a concrete wall and enter the room. There will be a red crosshair spray-painted on the wall, which is where you should put the second Tracker.
Rohan Oil Access Tunnels is where the final one needs to be placed. These are located in the heart of the area. Another spray-painted orange arrow will be found on the wall in one of the backrooms, where you will then place the final Tracker. The mission will then be completed, and you will be awarded the Shadow Warrior skin as well as 20,000 XP.
