You should start by going to the Obsidian Citadel. There is a person named Weaponsmith Mida there. They will ask you to craft 10 Restored Obsidian Keys and deliver them to Forgemaster Bazentus. However, it appears that if you only give them one key, it will sometimes work.
To make a Restored Obsidian Key, collect 30 Key Fragments and 3 Key Framing from enemies in the area. This is a lot of work for only one key, so plan on grinding for a while. If you can complete the quest with just one key, that’s fantastic! If it doesn’t, you’ll have to complete the quest in its entirety and grind out all ten keys to give to Forgemaster Bazentus. After completing the slog of collecting the keys, you have to obtain Crystalized Draconium from a Crystalized Steelshard mob.
This mod can be found in the cave north of Obsidian Citadel. The cave’s coordinates are 29.42 52.67. Once inside, seek out the Crystalized Steelshard in order to obtain the Crystalized Draconium. Hand this back into Weaponsmith Mida and you will be rewarded with the Plans: Obsidian Seared Alloy.
Note: Because this quest will take some time, you are probably better off doing it in a group to be able to nuke down enemies and packs of mobs faster than trying to farm it alone. This is so you can loot multiple enemies at once instead of going through them all one by one, especially since there are a lot of elites in the area.
