Starfield Mods Push Boundaries with NSFW Content

Starfield, Bethesda’s highly anticipated sci-fi RPG, has taken the gaming world by storm since its release just over a week ago. While the game offers a captivating interstellar exploration experience, modders have wasted no time in pushing the boundaries of creativity, including the introduction of NSFW (Not Safe for Work) content.

One popular modification gives companion Sarah Morgan a more rounded backside. Found on the Nexus Mods website, this mod has been downloaded over 20,000 times. It claims to enhance Sarah Morgan’s features for admirers. However, the mod creator clarifies that it only modifies shading and does not actually change her model. Regardless, some comments praise this as the type of “DLC quality” mod they want to see.

Loading screen mods have also proven popular. The “Dreaming Star” mod adds over 50 unique 4K loading screens showing an attractive woman in revealing leather attire set against space backdrops. With nearly 40,000 downloads already, it provides more visually appealing loading screens while keeping within the sci-fi theme.

Some take things further still by replacing in-game posters and advertisements with anime figures. Dozens of such mods have emerged, catering to different tastes but often presented in an over-the-top ridiculous manner.

While the core Starfield experience focuses on exploration and discovery, these initial NSFW mods showcase how some players are also looking to personalize and add their own flavor through modifications. Whether practical or risqué, mods are already playing a key role for some in enhancing their adventures in Bethesda’s latest ambitious sci-fi universe.
