What Is the Web App Error Message?
When you sign in to the web application, you may have received the following error message:
“It looks like your EA account doesn’t have a FUT 23 Club. Before we keep going, make sure you’re logged in with the right account. In order to use the FIFA Companion App, or Web App, you will need to create a FUT 23 Club on your Console or PC.”

How to fix FIFA 23 FUT Web App not working ?
The FIFA 23 FUT Web App is not working as many players are facing an error saying they cannot log in with their EA account.

The Web App will not work if you do not meet the early access requirements established on FIFA Forums:
- Have an existing FUT 22 Club that was created before August 1, 2022
Have an EA account in good standing, meaning you haven’t broken any rules before
Follow steps below to try fix this problem :
- Log out of the web app by clicking the ‘Cog’ icon in the bottom left corner of the screen
- open the Settings menu and then selecting ‘Log Out’.
- Now go ahead and sign in again.
