Are Jimmy Butler, Julius Randle and Jalen Brunson join today’s game? Injury Report Knicks – Heat

The New York Knicks evened their series with the Miami Heat on Tuesday, winning 111-105 at Madison Square Garden. The series is at 1-1, and game 3 will be played in Miami on Saturday afternoon.

Injury Update New York Knicks and Miami Heat

No one gave the Heat much of a chance to win game two at Madison Square Garden on the road, without their greatest player.

Despite this, they led at halftime and kept that advantage through three quarters before the Knicks overtook them down the line.

But here’s the big question: what is Butler’s current situation? Keep a watch on him because he is listed as doubtful.

Despite being categorized as questionable, Butler is expected to participate in Game 3 after missing Game 2 due to a right ankle sprain.

Butler sprained his right ankle in Game 2 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals on Tuesday, but he worked out on Friday.

The Heat will most certainly want to see how he performs at Saturday’s shootaround, but the franchise appears confident that Butler will be available.

During Game 1 of the series on Sunday, the 33-year-old had 25 points, 11 rebounds, four assists, and two steals in 43 minutes.

If Butler plays on Saturday, Caleb Martin (back) and Haywood Highsmith (knee) will likely see less minutes.

It wasn’t easy, but the Knicks won game two 111-105 to tie the series at one. However, some red lights had to be raised because they were on the verge of losing to the Heat, who were playing with their greatest player, and the best player in the playoffs this season, Jimmy Butler.

Jalen Brunson came to the rescue, scoring 30 points and hitting six three-pointers. Julius Randle, who missed game one, finished with 25 points and 12 rebounds.

Brunson is out with an ankle injury and is labeled as questionable. But I don’t see him sitting out.

Despite being limited in practice, Brunson appears to be ready to go on Saturday.

In the first two games of the series, the 26-year-old guard has averaged 27.5 points, 5.0 rebounds, 4.5 assists, and 1.5 steals in 39.5 minutes and should continue to see a hefty workload.
