In a bid to get back on top, LeAnn Rimes is launching new music and she’s taken her inspiration from a very person source: her love affair with married man Eddie Cibrian who she is now married to. LeAnn has opened up on the new music, specifically a song ‘Borrowed’ which delves deep in to her feelings about the situation. She admits that she was at first ashamed of writing about such a heartbreaking topic:
“I carried that song around for eight or nine months, I was kind of afraid and ashamed of writing it. There were a lot of things in there that I admitted to myself for the first time, and I’d never really written a song like that that was so honest. There was no hiding — no question who or what it was about.”
Speaking on the possibility of having kids, LeAnn says she isn’t ready to join the mommy club yet but she thinks it will happen eventually:
“No, not yet. I’m not one of those that’s joined the club yet, but eventually, I mean, I think eventually it will happen.”
