Moonkissed Toppings are an improved version of traditional toppings. Added on January 19, 2023, Moonkissed Toppings have altered five of the toppings we’re all familiar with and are extra effects that can only be used by by Moonlight Cookie and Milky Way Cookie, both Cookies who reside in the World of Dreams.
