Reddit is where the leak come from. On January 1, a user known as Pure_Banana_3075 shared links to various images of cards from the set. Legendary Phyrexian creatures include Venser, Corpse Puppet, a blue/black creature with lifelink that can produce golem tokens, and Migloz, Maze Crusher, a red/green creature that uses oil counters to gain additional effects. New land cards that can be tapped to generate Phyrexian mana are also available.

Several cards in the leak confirm the fate of some Planeswalkers. The flavor text on the Phyrexian Arena card describes how Vraska completes Jace. This is in line with a different leak from December, which depicted Jace and Vraska engaged in combat on behalf of Phyrexia. The Eternal Wanderer was finally revealed, and she is still The Eternal Wanderer.

The second post links to an Amazon Brazil store page that features two face cards from the Phyrexia: All Will Be One Commander decks. They are known as Ixhel, Descendent of Atraxa and Neyali, Sun’s Vanguard in Portuguese.

Ixhel has the abilities Flying, Vigilance, and Toxic 2. Furthermore, she has an effect that requires enemies with three or more poison counters to exile the top card of their library. The exiled cards can then be cast. Neyali, on the other hand, grants Double Strike to all tokens you control. Every time you attack with a token, you must exile the top card from your library. However, you can play that exiled card whenever you attack with a token.
