UPDATE (Jan. 18): On Monday night, the Cowboys beat the Buccaneers 31-14 in a wild-card game. Tony Pollard ran 15 times for 77 yards and caught all three targets for 12 yards.

He put on a performance that was typical of him. Even though he only touched the ball a few times, he did so well that he led the Cowboys’ backfield in yards by a wide margin.

UPDATE (Jan. 05): Pollard (thigh) was a full practice participant Wednesday.

Pollard (thigh) is listed as questionable for Thursday’s game against Tennessee, according to NFL Network’s Jane Slater.

Pollard has some optimism about his Week 17 status despite being listed as a non-participant on practice reports Monday through Wednesday due to a thigh issue. On Tuesday, tea

m owner Jerry Jones relayed that Pollard “looks good for the game,” and the team is “counting on him playing,” according to Jon Machota of The Athletic.

Pollard’s availability, or lack thereof, will be confirmed about 90 minutes before Thursday’s 8:15 p.m. ET kickoff, when the Cowboys’ inactive list will be revealed.

Pollard will once again share time in the Dallas backfield with Ezekiel Elliott if he can play through the injury.
