Stray is an adventure game released in 2022 by Annapurna Interactive and developed by BlueTwelve Studio. The plot revolves around a stray cat who falls into a walled city teeming with robots, machines, and viruses and sets out to return to the surface with the assistance of a drone companion named B-12. Stray Neo Corp Factory: How To Get In
Clementine assigns you the task of finding an Atomic Battery in the Neo Corp Factory at Midtown, which starts the Neo Corp Factory quest. To infiltrate the factory, you must speak with Blazer, Clementine’s contact. He’s a robot in a bomber jacket.
Leave Clementine’s apartment and return to Midtown’s main square. Continue in the direction of the subway system until you reach a clothing store on your right. Just past this building is an alleyway with a teal neon light at the end. Blazer will be found in an archway.
After speaking with Blazer, he will assign you the task of finding two disguise items in order to infiltrate the factory:
- A Worker Jacket
- A Worker Helmet
Stray Neo Corp Factory: Workers Jacket
To find the first item, return down the alleyway to the main street and turn 180 degrees. There should be a clothing store with mannequins in the window. If you look closely, you’ll notice that one of them is dressed in a high visibility workers jacket.
The shopkeeper will catch you if you try to steal the jacket from the mannequin. Instead, enter the back room and occupy him with the boombox. In this case, a cassette tape will be helpful.
The cassette tape is on the ground floor of Clementine’s apartment building. A group of young robots is complaining that three security cameras are watching them. Look up to see the three cameras peering down into the courtyard. The three security cameras will be destroyed if you climb up and jump on them. The cassette tape can then be obtained from Simon.
Return to the store and insert the cassette tape into the jukebox. This will cause the shopkeeper to leave the shop floor and enter the back room. You can now easily steal the Worker Jacket.
Stray Neo Corp Factory: Workers Helmet
It’s a lot easier to find the Workers Helmet. Look for a shop with robots walking in the front door with cardboard boxes near midtown’s main square.
When you approach the shop, a robot guarding the door will inform you that you are not permitted to enter while it is being restocked. However, there is a simple workaround for our feline companion. The cardboard boxes are placed on the ground outside the shop front before being carried into the store. You can jump into these boxes while they are on the floor. All that remains is for a robot to carry you through the front door.
Simply walk up to the Worker Helmet in the shop window and steal it from there. Then, to your left, there’s a small grate you can walk through. However, you must first move a piece of wood out of the way.
You can now return to Blazer and hand these items to him. He will then be able to sneak you into the Neo Corp Factory.
