Rita Ora turned to Instagram to brag about her accomplishments this year with a series of photos and videos.

She frequently brags about her body in the posts that she shares on social media.

With a video of herself in a Reformer Pilates session and another showing her enjoying a cocktail with her abs on full display, the 32-year-old Hot Right Now hitmaker described how she has been integrating her body and mind.

Rita was also seen laughing and having a good time with her co-star on The Voice Australia, Jason Derulo, and her loving mother, Vera.

She wrote in the post’s accompanying lengthy description, “The past year so far I’ve been on a journey to really connect my body and mind. I dedicate a lot of my time to physically feeling strong (working on my form – posture – strength)…”

“Making time for myself to work out and drink a little and bringing the ones I love around so they can experience the world too let’s keep praising and dancing while we try do this thing.”

“I’m always a work in progress but on the other side happiness comes from the love I have for what I do – freezing in the desert because you all wanted more visuals for praising you check, the voice coaching some incredible vocalists…”

Rita has mentioned to Shape magazine that her preferred method of exercise is circuit training.

“I usually work out for one or two hours, depending on how much time I have. I do three circuits and repeat that three times. I mostly focus on my thighs and my bum, so I do a lot of squats and weight lifting,” she said.

Instead of pushing herself to the point of exhaustion, Rita now does a cardio circuit.
