How to Complete Sprial Abyss Floor 12 in Genshin Impact 4.4

The newest Spiral Abyss update brings fresh challenges to Floor 12. Don’t worry, travelers, for this guide will equip you with the strategies needed for victory!

How to Complete Sprial Abyss Floor 12 in Genshin Impact 4.4

Chamber 1

Phase 1: Double Trouble Meks

This floor welcomes you with a tag-team duo of Construction Specialist Meks. Unlike most foes, these mechanical menaces are difficult to group up. To counter this, unleash characters with wide-area attacks (AoEs) like Xiao to swiftly downsize both Meks. Aim to strike them in the space between them for maximum efficiency.

The second wave brings two hulking Breacher Primus. These foes create Dendro shields and unleash relentless attacks. To break their defenses and calm them down, utilize Hydro, Electro, or Arkhe attacks.

Phase 2: The Ruin Serpent’s Dance

The Ruin Serpent presents two key opportunities for unleashing your bursts. The first comes during its sweeping attack, and the second during its rapid spin. Ideally, the Serpent will initiate with the sweep, but this starting move is random. Be prepared to reset if necessary to exploit this window.

For other attacks, the Serpent becomes erratic and burrows frequently. Avoid wasting powerful cooldowns during these phases. Stick to quick-hitting abilities that recharge quickly.

Unlike its overworld counterpart, the only way to interrupt the spinning attack is by targeting its glowing yellow weak points beneath its head. Bow attacks work, but you can also strategically position yourself at the center of the spin and unleash a massive AoE burst. Successfully stopping the spin paralyzes the Serpent, creating a prime window for heavy damage.

Chamber 2

Phase 1: Summoner Smackdown

This chamber features two waves, each with two Eremite summoners who spawn additional mobs. Prioritize defeating the summoned enemies as this chunks the summoner’s health and briefly stuns them. This strategy expedites your run significantly.

Stay close to the Galehunter and Scorching Loremaster. This compels the Stone Enchanter and its summoned allies to approach you, allowing you to cleave through them all with a single attack.

Phase 2: Patience for the Pharaoh’s Wenut

Similar to the Ruin Serpent, patience is key against Setekh Wenut. You’ll need to wait for its flying phase to deliver significant damage. This phase only initiates after the boss burrows roughly four times.

Until then, use low-cooldown abilities for gradual damage, especially during its sweep attack. Save your powerful bursts for the flying phase.

When Wenut takes flight, target the Anemo balls it spawns with Pyro, Cryo, Electro, or Hydro AoE attacks (preferably from your Main DPS) or bow attacks. This stuns the boss, forces it to land, and reduces its elemental resistance based on the element used.

For characters like Kazuha with powerful bursts, ensure your Main DPS element is applied first before using the burst. Swirling it with Kazuha’s burst promptly removes all balls, stuns the boss, and lowers its Hydro resistance!

Chamber 3

Phase 1: Cleave and Conquer

Stay close to the gun-wielding (Pyro) Mek. This entices the shield-wielding (Electro) Mek to approach you, enabling you to cleave both enemies simultaneously. Consider this a warm-up for the real challenge in the second half.

Phase 2: Grounding the Aeonblight Drake

At the fight’s start, hold off on abilities. Wait for the Aeonblight Drake to fly up, exposing its glowing yellow weak spots on its wings. Hit these weak spots with a ranged attack or bow attack to stun the Drake and force it to land.

Once grounded, unleash your normal attack rotations while dodging its melee attacks. Midway through the fight, the Drake gains resistance to the element you used most. Don’t fret, as this resistance disappears when you paralyze it again!

With these strategies, you’ll be well on your way to conquering Floor 12 of the Spiral Abyss in Genshin Impact 4.4!
