After starting the quest and retrieving the map from the abandoned campsite, you’re left with only the hazy scribbles directing you to your destination.
To solve this, simply go to the location indicated on the treasure map, which is a fixed and always the same location. Here are the detailed steps:
Follow the road west along the river from the Bandit Camp where you discovered the map.
Continue west until you reach the map’s edge at the Korrow Ruins fast travel point. There is a Goblin Camp there. If you have already unlocked the Fast Travel Point, you can skip the walk and go straight there. See the conclusion below.
Go into the Goblin Camp, climb up the ladder on the left, then turn right. Fight the goblins and enter the gate to the dungeon. Complete the dungeon’s remaining objectives. You must locate Rowland at the cave’s end and bring him his wand, which is located within the same dungeon.
