According to information shared by trustworthy community leakers ProjectCelestia and RazerNinjas on Twitter, his kit will include the following:

  • His passive Talents grant him buffs when he infuses an element with his skill: Pyro buffs Attack, Hydro buffs Stamina, Electro buffs Energy, and Cryo buffs Crit.
  • His second passive Talent has a 10% chance of granting him a 35% Attack-scaling hit, with the chance increasing by 15% with each auto-hit.
  • His Elemental Skill allows him to launch an Anemo ring projectile into mid-air, where he can maneuver around. His C2 is also said to have an effect on his stamina.
  • His Elemental Burst is unknown, except that it may involve the use of his hat.

Faruzan

Earlier leaks indicate that Faruzan may be a 4* Anemo Bow user, and that her model will closely resemble Ayaka’s teenage appearance. Fortunately, we have additional potential information on Faruzan’s kit:

  • Her Elemental Skill allows her to mark her enemies with two different levels, and she can spawn an Area Of Effect Wind Region on the ground that can suck in enemies, similar to Venti’s Elemental Burst.
  • Her own Elemental Burst is said to summon a creature that deals a burst of damage, making her the game’s first playable summoner.
