Update on Tee Higgins and Tyler Boyd’ injury status

Today: Injury Reports Jets: Will Corey Davis and Quinnen Williams READY vs Lions in Week 15?

Injury Reports Tee Higgins

Tee Higgins (hamstring), who was listed as a full practice participant on Friday, is listed as questionable for Sunday’s game against the Buccaneers.

This is the second time fantasy managers have been burned by putting their faith in Tee Higgins, who came into the game with little experience.

The Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver was listed as out with a hamstring injury on Thursday but was removed from the list on Friday. He only played one snap before leaving the game and never coming back. Hamstring injuries can be difficult to diagnose.

Injury Reports Tyler Boyd

Tyler Boyd (finger) is listed as questionable for the game against Tampa Bay on Sunday after being listed as a full practice participant on Friday.

Tyler Boyd’s absence from the game after only two snaps due to a dislocated finger exacerbates Higgins’ problem.

Finger injuries in wide receivers are difficult to assess because the importance of each finger in catching passes varies. We’ll know where Boyd stands after seeing how much he participates in practice next week.

If Higgins is out, Boyd has a chance to be a fantasy manager’s go-to player this week. He could see an expanded role opposite Ja’Marr Chase as the Bengals prepare to face the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
