In Dead Space Remake, there are a ton of achievements for you to unlock, and one of them is the Wishbone Achievement. This tutorial will show you every step of the process.
How to complete the Wishbone Achievement in Dead Space Remake
This achievement requires you to “Rip off a dangling limb using Kinesis”. While this may appear to be an objective that you must complete at first, it is completely avoidable. You’ll need two items to obtain it. First, a necromorph, though we recommend one of the weaker variants. You’ll also need a good supply of ammo for your Pulse Rifle.
Once you’ve obtained both of these items, use your stasis on the necromorph and gradually chip away at one of its limbs with the Pulse Rifle. You want to get it to the point where the limb is dangling on a bit of flesh and about to fall off. We’d also recommend shooting an arm over a leg to make the next step easier. Once you’ve reduced it to a sliver of flesh, use kinesis to grab the armor. Theoretically, it should rip clean off and award you the achievement.
Wishbone is not the most difficult achievement to obtain in Dead Space Remake, but it is also not the easiest. Still, with a few tries and some careful Pulse Rifle shots, you should be able to get it. Just make sure you don’t get killed in the process.
