The professor is the offspring of Heather Locklear (of Melrose Place) and Bon Jovi’s Richie Sambora.

The Los Angeles native proudly captioned images of herself in cap and sash with the news that she had just graduated with a degree in marriage and family counseling from the University of Southern California.

She announced her impending graduation by appearing on campus.

Sambora began his letter, “Today I will graduate from USC with a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy!”

“I am beyond grateful for the past two years and all the wonderful people I met along the way. Cheers to the class of 2023!”

Ava donned a tiny dress made of light gray satin and strappy sandals that revealed her bare legs.

The actress was also wearing a black cap and a red and yellow Class of 2023 sash.

Another photo shows her in the same black gown while seated in a field on the Los Angeles campus, surrounded by tall trees.

The blonde beauty is a spitting image of her well-known mother.

She and Richie Sambora, the main guitarist for Bon Jovi, were married from 1994 to 2007, and they have a daughter together named Ava.

The 61-year-old Hollywood veteran was spotted in winter attire as she posed in front of a mirror; she is known for her roles on Dynasty, TJ Hooker, and Melrose Place, among others.

The blonde beauty, who overcame adversity in 2019, was spotted looking trim in a gym, suggesting that she had been exercising often.

Locklear’s memorable run on Melrose Place lasted from 1993 through 1999. From 2009 to 2010, she also made an appearance on the show’s revamped format.

Not only did she marry Sambora, but she also wed Pamela Anderson’s ex-husband Tommy Lee.
