5 Models Share How They Get Bikini-Ready

Everyone wants to look their best when it comes to hitting the beach, and these 5 models have shared how they keep their figures in shape, especially when it comes to those body-flaunting moments on the beach, for a photo shoot or on the runway. Working out to stay in top shape, these top models also watch what they eat and top up their tan when they know their body is going to be on show. Here is what they have to say about preparing their beach bodies.

Alessandra loves pilates to keep her figure in check: “When I know I have something important coming up or want to look incredible on the beach, I think, it’s all about doing pilates classes for me. So I do this class in California called Pilates Platinum, and then when I’m in NY I go to a place that has a mix of bar classes and pilates, and that’s like a killer exercise. Cardio, too. There are also these stairs by my house, like really long stairs, so I’ll do that because it’s good for cardio. I also like spinning classes.”

Behati thinks a tan can make a big difference: “If it sort of sneaks up on me I’ll put on a self-tanner. A summer glow makes everyone feel better! Cut out sugar and salt. When I’m getting ready for the show or before a shoot I’ll try to watch what I eat. Sweets and salty foods can cause you to retain water weight.”
