To unlock the Valdrakken portal, you need to take the long way to the Emerald Dream by using the portal in the Ohn’ahran Plains zone. Follow these steps:
- Acquire the quest “Emerald Welcome” from the Guardians of the Dream campaign.
- Progress through the questline until you receive the task to “Enter the Emerald Dream.”
- Find and speak to NPC Merithra inside the Emerald Dream.
Once you’ve completed this quest, the quick Emerald Dream portal in Valdrakken will be automatically unlocked for your character. The best part? This unlock is account-wide, so you only need to go through the process once.
