She went all out in the smoldering shots, with a piercing stare at the camera and a sexy pose in each shot, to show off her modeling prowess.

The blonde beauty looked sleek and sophisticated with bold winged eyeliner and a nude lipstick on her plump pout.

Abbey recently revealed that she sought help from a hypnotherapist after her weight dropped to seven stone, while her eldest daughter Sophia spent three weeks in hospital with an undisclosed illness.

After being unable to eat while Sophia, 13, was being cared for at London’s Great Ormond Street hospital, the mother-of-four decided to seek treatment to cope with deep-seated parenting fears.

Abbey, 37, claimed her maternal anxiety stems from being the oldest child in a large family while discussing the benefits of hypnotherapy with husband Peter Crouch during their weekly Therapy Couch podcast.

‘I’ve always been a bit of a worrier because I’ve always been quite maternal,’ she explained. ‘I was a lot older than my brothers and sisters so I was a bit of a mummy figure to them, in a way.

Here we go: Abbey went on to ask Peter if he will 'expose' the unknown manager, who she jokingly labelled the 'bum-ee'

‘But I think obviously the main reason is from when Sophia was a baby. She had a health issue, which at the time was literally the scariest time of my life.’

She added: ‘We were in Great Ormond Street for three weeks and after that I went down to seven stone. I couldn’t do that now… I couldn’t eat.

‘When she went down for her operation and we had to sign these forms and they say ‘if we do this she could die’… these are real forms we’re signing. You have to trust someone with your baby’s life and it’s the most unnatural thing in the world.’

Abbey, who has three children with former England striker Peter, Liberty, seven, Johnny, five, and Jack, three, eventually sought help to deal with her fears after Sophia recovered completely.

‘I actually went to see a hypnotherapist,’ she explained. ‘It definitely worked. You know, I haven’t really opened up about what happened to Sophia and don’t really want to in its full capacity, because I think some things are private, but going to see this guy, Tim, was incredible.

‘He gives you different thought strategies and ways to cope, to find out what your triggers are and overcome them, and just thinking in a different way.’
