A second voice note, allegedly from Ferne McCann, is scheduled to be published at 7 p.m. tonight, with one social media leaker alleging the existence of 39 “disgusting” messages in total.
Ferne McCann’s second voice note
The first “leaked” voice note allegedly from Ferne McCann surfaced on Wednesday, rapidly going popular after being shared by multiple social media accounts, including Sam Faiers’ mother, Suzie Wells.
And a second one is scheduled to be published at 7 p.m. tonight, with one social media leaker alleging the existence of 39 “disgusting” messages in total.
Ferne allegedly sent the short recording except to a friend in June, just weeks after Sam gave birth to her third child, Edward.
While no background was provided for the recording, it drew widespread criticism from Sam’s family, with Suzie condemning the “nasty” voice note on social media.
Suzie wrote on Instagram that she could “no longer sit back and say nothing.”
“This has come as a complete shock to myself and my family,” the star told fans, adding, “This has come as a complete shock to myself and my family.”
Suzie continued: “Since the voice note has surfaced more have been sent – very upsetting nasty things. We are as shocked as you are! Nobody should ever speak about their friends like this ever!
“My girls are my absolute everything and I’ll do anything to protect them.”
“I don’t have anything else to say on the matter,” the mum-of-two concluded.”
Other members of Sam’s family have also spoken out in his defense.
Sam unfollowed and blocked Ferne on Instagram after hearing the message for herself, attempting to detach herself from the violent message.
They had been close friends since school and had appeared together on The Only Way Is Essex.
Ferne, in particular, had previously been a rock for Sam during her breakup from on-again, off-again boyfriend Joey Essex on the show, with the pair also celebrating several milestone birthdays and the arrival of their children together.
At their peak, the pair were nearly indistinguishable, frequently seen partying together at Essex hotspot Sugar Hut while also supporting each other through life’s ups and downs.
Ferne even paid emotional tribute to Sam on Instagram last year for her 30th birthday, writing: “Wow it’s been emotional looking back at all of these pictures.”
“So many laughs, parties, and special memories made. You my darling have given me so many memories that I will cherish forever.”
Their friendship, however, has not been without its ups and downs, with a number of squabbles between the two occurring over the course of their friendship.
Sam previously answered their relationship, telling The Sun, “Look, to be honest, Ferne and I hadn’t seen eye to eye on a number of things over the last couple of years.” Friendships can sometimes drift apart.
