Here’s what you should know about the release date of Rennsport, a new racing game made by Competition Company.
Rennsport release date
The anticipated launch date for Rennsport is the end of the year 2023. There is no more concrete date at this time, unfortunately. You may soon be able to try an early version of this new sim racing challenger, though, if you’re interested.
Rennsport cloed beta
Developer Competition Company intends to release a closed beta in January of 2023. In the following spring, an open beta will be released. All fans and sim racing enthusiasts can access Rennsport at this stage.
As for what you can expect from the beta, only a few vehicles have been confirmed. The majority are GT3 race cars, including the Audi R8 LMS GT3 Evo, Porsche 911 GT3R, and BMW M4 GT3. Aside from the Porsche Mission R, additional car types are anticipated in the final game.
In terms of tracks, screenshots and gameplay videos have shown off recreations of the Hockenheimring and the Goodwood Hillclimb.
Platforms
Currently, Rennsport is only planned for PC, but console versions are in the works. PC will remain the primary platform, as it will benefit from an active modding community and ESL Gaming-hosted esports tournaments.
