What is the Life Orb?
Pokemon’s Life Orb is a very helpful item that has been around since Pokemon Diamond and Pearl. Each time the holder uses a move that inflicts damage on opponents, it boosts their attacks at the expense of some HP.
How to get Life Orb in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet
There are two ways to obtain the Life Orb. The Life Orb can be purchased from Delibird Presents in Mesagoza. However, it is quite expensive. It will cost you 50,000 Poke Dollars. To be able to buy it, you must complete the final mission of Pokemon Scarlet and Violet; otherwise, the item will not appear in the shop.
If you haven’t finished the main story of the game yet but want to own a Life Orb, you’re in luck! It can be found on the island to the left of Casseroya Lake if you go to the islands near Casseroya Lake. It will be on a rock on the western side of the island, as shown in the image below. You will only be able to find one Life Orb using this method, but you will be able to purchase an infinite number of them later on.
