Millie Court of Love Island wears a busty black mini dress in throwback photos from her trip to Dubai and revealing she’s in therapy

The Love Island star recently revealed that she has begun therapy sessions following her divorce from Liam Reardon.

Millie stated that she is using therapy to “treat her body and mind the way it deserves”

Millie Court looked happy in a busty black mini dress in a pair of throwback photos from a night out at Nobu Dubai on Friday. In the pearl-trimmed dress by Oddmuse London, she showed off her tanned, toned legs, while adding height with a simple pair of black heels.

Her stunning heart-shaped silver earrings complete her stylish look, and she carries her belongings in a sparkling handbag. The reality TV star glammed up her look with a full face of make-up and soft waves in her blonde hair.

The Love Island star was simply stunning as she modelled the thigh-skimming number, which she branded the “perfect LBD”.

It comes after Millie told her Instagram followers that she had her first therapy session just before Christmas, and that despite feeling “uncomfortable” talking to her counsellor, she felt “so much better” after just one session.

Millie shared with her Instagram followers: “Loving myself comes first.”

Later, she described the steps she took to begin attending therapy sessions.

She said: “A lot of you asking in my dms about therapy… not knowing where to start or how to look etc.”

“I used the website below, you put in your postcode and whether you want it in person or over the phone.”

“It then shows you a list of counsellors in your area and a little bit about them/what they charge/what they specialise in.”

“Don’t be afraid to take that step in speaking to someone, whether it’s big or small.”

“You can then arrange a quick 15 minute phone call with your favourites on the list and see who you get the best vibe with/feel the most comfortable (or as comfortable as you possibly can).”

“I’m not the type to open up and speak about how I’m feeling and I don’t like to burden people with my problems either (friends or family) so of course I didn’t feel that comfortable talking to her at first but just after one session I honestly felt so much better so I’m really looking forward to the next.”
