The former Love Island star, now 30, uploaded several photos of herself wearing a bikini with blue and pink floral patterns on Friday to her Instagram account.

In a series of angry updates, she vented that the comments, in which some people maliciously labeled her as “too slim,” left her “shocked.”

When asked about her significant weight loss, she strongly denied rumors that she had liposuction, instead saying that she had merely changed her exercise routine.

Liposuction is a cosmetic surgery used to eliminate localized fat deposits that resist diet and exercise.

Malin later revealed in the comments and on Instagram Stories that “disgusting” trolls had criticized her beauty.

She fired back at the critics by saying, “OK wow. Weird comments from people talking about my body saying their preferred body type on me. And that I looked happier before.”

“Hell no I was not happier before. I feel strong, healthy and more powerful now. Do not body-shame me. Weirdos.”

Malin, who gave birth to her 14-month-old daughter Xaya in January 2022, claimed in the comments of a recent post that she has never undergone plastic surgery or injections.

Continuing, she said, “Omg comments about lipo when the HELL have I had chance with a newborn to do that. I have exercised for 14 months now since giving birth and have burned fat by lifting heavy weights and exercising.”

“Lipo may work for some people but when you have a baby leaving them for 6 weeks and then not being able to even hold them no way. I’ve done it the right way. Please kindly f**k off!”

“How the heck do I look unhealthy if I’m eating more food each day just better options lifting exercising running doing things I love being active being a mum and working too. And I’m happy.”

“Please do NOT tell me I look unhealthy because you’re clearly projecting there – and sending the wrong message out to my followers about changing your mindset about exercise.”

“I don’t workout to lose weight that’s only what YOU decide to see not me. I work out because it lifts my SPIRITS!!!!”

Malin also continued her attack on the trolls who had been making comments about her body on her Instagram Stories, adding that they had “no right” to do so.

“None of you are entitled to tell me about how I look like it’s disgusting. I’m actually shocked.”

“I’ve had lovely messages from you all so thank you and comments, but then the ones that wanna project – you need to sort your mindset out seriously.”

“I lift weights and exercise and have been for 14 months now – I haven’t dieted ONCE and I’ have definitely not had lipo.”

“I have a one-year-old – I haven’t had injections, I have had absolutely nothing but an amazing PT that showed me what exercise could do for my mind.”

“You have no right to tell me I look too skinny. You wouldn’t do that in person. I’m a healthy size eight with muscle and I’m stronger than I’ve ever been.”

“Please do the inner work and understand why you are triggered by me.”

Malin posted a series of lovely bikini photos of herself visiting the spa at the Manor House Hotel in Cheshire on Friday.

The reality personality posed for pictures in the sunshine while wearing a pink and blue striped two-piece.

Malin captioned her hotel photo with the phrase “ah it feels like I’m abroad,” tagging the establishment.

She then said, “Don’t ever feel like you have to explain yourself to anyone.”

Recently, I’ve noticed that I do this a lot when it comes to my physical self. Contented, robust, and robust. I just want to be that.

This is not the first time Malin has spoken publicly about being trolled over her slimmer appearance.

She denied allegations that she lost weight quickly last month, saying that  “HOW DID YOU LOSE WEIGHT SO FAST???? – This is the most received message I’ve had.”

Malin posted a body-positive message on Instagram in which she said that new mothers shouldn’t feel they have to conform to societal standards of beauty.

“I didn’t. I bloody didn’t. And it was never about the weight. Scales were my biggest enemy and I never want Xaya to go through what I did in my teens.”

“Here I stand holding my beautiful one year old. 13 months now to be precise! And let me tell you.. when I gave birth the last thing on my mind was to get up and go for a run or eat anything but takeaways.”

“But I decided to make a choice months later for my health and for Xay. I got up most mornings on zero sleep and started off running and exercising so so gradually.”

“I think I had enough of feeling sluggish and depressed. (Post natal). I wanted to feel alive again and full of energy.”

“I urge all new mothers to not be fooled by social media and feel pressured to look a certain way after you give birth. Take a look at your beautiful human you created and embrace and enjoy every moment.”

Time is something you can never get back once it’s gone. It breaks my heart to witness the prevalence of such unattainable standards in online communities.

“Scales are the devil.. do NOT focus on your weight but how you feel internally. Exercise and eating healthy with great balance offers the best mental health cure I promise you.”

“Take each day as it comes.. do not starve yourself, do not compare yourself & just enjoy being a mum.”

“Do whatever you want to make yourself happy but make sure you do it for your damn self and nobody else! F**k the scales.”
