Khloe Kardashian admits that there are mornings when she is “NOT IN THE MOOD” to work out, but that she does so nonetheless because she knows TRUE is COMING to see her

The 38-year-old reality TV actress wore a black sports bra and form-fitting leggings in a recently uploaded video on Instagram showing her working out in the early morning hours in her own private gym.

In a new Instagram photo on Wednesday, Khloe Kardashian flaunted her toned body and gave fans a glimpse inside her gym routine.

The media star admitted she was unmotivated, but after her workout she felt “so amazing” and accomplished.

The Good American entrepreneur also disclosed how she exercises to keep her hourglass figure and explained her extensive training routine in the caption of her image.

True, one of her two children with ex-husband and new neighbor Tristan Thompson, 32, made a cameo appearance in the video. True is four years old.

Khloe wore an all-black exercise outfit with white socks and sneakers for her workout.

The bulk of the video featured her hair down, but she eventually clipped it up to keep it out of her face.

The entrepreneur and her trainer are shown in the video and accompanying description working through a full workout.

She also mentioned that she was not feeling particularly motivated to do her morning exercises on that day, but that she does them nonetheless to “start [her] day the correct way.”

“Trying to get up the energy to work out,” Khloe remarked at the beginning of the video.

Her oldest child came by to cheer her up and share her enthusiasm for the upcoming spring vacation.

True, in a charming segment, flaunted her new braid and announced that she would be on a two-week vacation when school let out for the summer.

Later, the reality star said she can’t drop her daughter off at school since she had to be at work so early.

After that, she immediately begins her regimen by warming up with some stretching.

She explained in the caption that she has been training with reduced resistance because of a recent injury.

“I recently had an elbow injury, so my weights are lower than I typically would use,’ she explained. ‘And it’s a much lower impact workout than we typically do, but this is the pace until my elbow is back to normal.”

Khloe also provided a brief update on the progress of her scar following the skin cancer scare and subsequent tumor removal in October.

She mentioned that her scar has gradually fading and will eventually smooth out the minor “curvature” in her cheek.

She went on to say that she felt much better after doing her workout.

“I never, ever, ever regret working out,” she vowed. I always feel so awesome and accomplished and bad*ss if I don’t attempt to postpone or whatever.

“And then I feel like the rest of my day is great,” she added. “I stay more on track because I started my day the right way.”

The mother of two went on to urge her followers to maintain their momentum and support one another.

Others may think I’m crazy for getting up so early to exercise, but working out in the evening just isn’t for me,” she admitted.

“I’m f***ing proud of you,” she continued, referring to anyone who exercises out at any time.

“It’s hard. It’s hard to stay dedicated, and the consistency is the hard part. And I am right here with you guys. We got to be in this together,” she ugred. “Let’s motivate one another.”
