As a result of hitting the gym, Kerry Katona showed off her incredible four-stone weight loss.
Kerry posted a snap of herself in her gym gear on Instagram to show off her fit body.
As she flaunted her toned figure in a plunging lilac and turquoise sports bra with tiny purple shorts, Kerry looked radiant in her red lipstick and flowing blonde hair.
A pair of sporty and colourful trainers completed Kerry’s workout look as she posed for a picture.
She captioned the picture: “A huge Friday shoutout to the guys. Nothing but the best as always.”
After sharing her first jaw-dropping Instagram post, Kerry uploaded another one. This time, she shared an image of herself getting a lymphatic drainage massage.
As she wrote on Instagram: “@touchofhealthuk loving these sessions with the lovely Tam! Lymphatic drainage really makes a difference to all those lumps and bumps!! Having Lipidema isn’t a pretty sight and this really helps.”
Fans were quick to comment on Kerry’s stunning performance. One wrote: “How awesome Kerry best massage so important to look after yourself and have experienced people by your side.”
Last October, on her Instagram, Kerry Katona shared photos of her family vacation.
One of the pictures shows Kerry riding a jet ski with her daughter and Ryan Mahoney, her fiancé.
Her blonde hair was tied back in the photo, and she captioned the shot:”Missing this sprogs! Mum guilt is the worse!
“But it’s so important to take time for yourselves! @maya_del_sol_property_group for families and solo!!! I am so fortunate so blessed and so full of gratitude to have the most amazing, loving family ever.”
