As Jasmine Harman filmed A Place in the Sun for Channel 4, she looked stunning in a series of plunging swimsuit.
In a cheeky behind-the-scenes video shared to Instagram, Jasmine can be seen getting into a chilly rooftop pool while surrounded by a camera crew.
A plunging neckline and rose gold necklaces layered around her throat highlighted Jasmine’s toned thighs in the 14 degree water while she shivered.
Her blond curls lay loose on her shoulders, and in spite of taking a dip, she wore full make-up – blushed her tan and used concealer to frame her eyes.
Her next move was to climb out of the water and relax on a stone wall while giving a piece to the camera.
Jasmine then changed things up and wore a bright blue one-piece with a similar neckline, holding a cocktail in one hand on the back of a luxe yacht and beamed into the lens as she held a cocktail.
She wrote on Instagram: “Confidence is a state of mind. Although I have been out of my exercise routine and gained around a stone in weight since this time last year, I knew I had this filming to do which required me to be in a swimsuit.
“Some extra lumps and bumps. Some extra rolls around my tummy. Honestly, I feel like the older I get, the less I give a hoot what anyone thinks and the more I accept myself.”
Then she said, “That’s not to say I don’t have my own body anxieties, but I figure the best thing we can do is normalise seeing different bodies on social media. The things I do for my job!! LOL! It looks sunny but 14 degrees was pretty darn cold! Although I have to admit it has its perks!”
The comments section was flooded with fans commending Jasmine’s incredible figure, with one writing: “Healthy and happy!”
Another added: “You look amazing!”
One person posted: “You’re an inspiration, this post is everything.”
Another agreed: “Your legs are amazing!”
A fifth added: “You are the cutest presenter!”
In November last year, Jasmine Harman showed off her curves and posed for the camera in a hot pink swimsuit
She paired the piece with a bun and earrings as she glowed.
Her caption read: “How I started this week! A dip in the sea – in November! It wasn’t even that cold… or maybe I’m getting used to it!”
There was a rush of fans to the comments section, with one saying: “Thank goodness for real women and body positivity.”
Another added: “You look fantastic.”
Jasmine, you look great,” a third person said.
