With a tiny blue bikini, she showed off her toned stomach and enviable tan while enjoying the sun on a beach in Hawaii next to surfboards.
Adding some contrast, she wore denim shorts with a white shirt tied around her waist, as well as a straw hat to keep the sun off her face.
In the caption, she wrote: “Hawaii in @mondayswimwear”.
Some fans think Pia’s cleavage looks bigger in the plunging dress, so they wonder if she’s undergone a boob job.
There was a comment that said, “It looks like her implants have been enlarged”.
Despite this, Pia has never responded to rumours about breast implants.
Lennox Miller, 17, is Pia’s son from her previous marriage with former AFL star Brad Miller.
