Gwyneth Paltrow is the new face of Max Factor, transforming in to beauty icons Audrey Hepburn, Brigitte Bardot, Farrah Fawcett and Madonna for the new unique campaign images, each photo featuring creative makeup and hair to help her get the original looks of those famous faces. Opening up on her love for all things  makeup, the actress says she has many fond memories of watching her mother have her makeup done when she was just a young girl and would sit on her lap. She said that she was always surrounded by talented makeup artists and impressed with how they would transform her mother on film sets:

“I remember being with my mum [actress Blythe Danner] on film sets and watching her get her makeup done. There’s a picture of me sitting on her lap in a makeup chair trying to do her lipstick. I was always in that world of makeup and makeup artists.”

The actress says she has falling in love with the cosmetics company’s products and was shown by makeup artist turned creative design director Pat McGrath how to apply their dual eyeshadow pens and other products. Gwyneth reveals she has also always been a big fan of Max Factor mascaras in particular and thinks they’re better than others available. She gushed about the company and their products:

“She showed me the dual eyeshadow pens that are great and so easy to use. I have all the mascaras and I love them. I think they’re the best mascaras, better than any others I’ve used.”
