As she posed in a figure-hugging dress in the garden, Carol Vorderman showed the world she was still alive and well.
In two separate posts on X , the 62-year-old Welsh broadcaster showcased two distinct outfits amidst a lush garden on Friday (September 8).
Her killer gym-honed figure is displayed in the first shot in a yellow shirtdress that cinches at the waist.
Her second photo shows her youthful beauty in a form-fitting neutral dress and golden locks.
The following is what she wrote: “For all of you kindly asking… I’m very much alive and well (always in gym) …and KICKING.
“Got a V (very) busy telly & press week ahead….. Thank YOU once again for being so amazing and kind.”
Carol’s friends and fans flooded her post with compliments, with one saying: “Body of a woman in her twenties.”

Another added: “You are a perfect 10!”
Even unlikely fan Skepta commented with a heart-eye emoji.
Another added: “Glad to hear it Carol. Happy weekend!”
An X user wrote: “Well done! Gym life.”
