Cole Kmet

Kmet (thigh) participated in full practice Friday and does not have an injury designation for Sunday’s game in Atlanta, according to Larry Mayer of the Bears’ official website.

He caught five touchdown passes the past three weeks after a 27-game streak without one, and while the TD parade can’t last forever, he does face another subpar defense this Sunday, playing in a dome against the Falcons.

On Thursday, a starter returned to practice, which was encouraging. Cole Kmet did not practice Wednesday after suffering a thigh injury in Sunday’s loss to the Lions.

However, he was a limited participant on Thursday, which bodes well for his availability against the Falcons on Sunday.

David Montgomery

David Montgomery was a full participant on Thursday after missing Wednesday’s practice due to personal reasons.

Montgomery carried the ball nine times for 37 yards and caught his only target for seven yards in Sunday’s 31-30 loss to the Lions.

With Justin Fields once again running wild, there wasn’t a big workload available for Montgomery, and he failed to reach 50 scrimmage yards for the second straight game.

Khalil Herbert suffered a hip injury late in the contest after gaining 57 yards on 10 carries, however, so Montgomery could have the running back touches to himself in Week 11 against the Falcons.

Atlanta Falcons Injury Update

Two members of the Falcons secondary are listed as questionable, S Erik Harris and CB A.J. Terrell.

Chicago Bears Injury Update

  • OL Teven Jenkins (hip)

Teven Jenkins’ situation is bleak heading into Week 11. Jenkins did not practice for the second day in a row as he continues to recover from a hip injury that kept him out of Sunday’s game. If Jenkins is unable to play, Michael Schofield will take his place.

  • DE Al-Quadin Muhammed (knee)

Al-Quadin Muhammad is still out with a knee injury and hasn’t practiced in nearly two weeks. If Muhammad is unable to play, the Bears signed veteran Taco Charlton to help jumpstart the pass rush.

  • WR N’Keal Harry (illness)

N’Keal Harry also missed practice with an illness.

  • S Dane Cruikshank (hamstring)

Dane Cruikshank was ruled out due to a hamstring injury.
