In a fresh-faced throwback snap, a supermodel from the days before she became a model is virtually unrecognisable.
In the snap, the star in question – who is now 50 years old – opted to go without makeup as she peered into the camera with long brunette hair tucked behind her ear.
Have you guessed who this is? It’s Heidi Klum! Seen before her honey blonde highlights, Heidi has blotches on her lower lip and finely shaped eyebrows – similar to her own daughter Leni.
A close-up photo of Heidi was shared on Instagram with the caption, “16-year-old me.”
Afterwards, she shared another polaroid of a swimsuit in blue and orange from her early modelling days.
Featuring a stained glass design, Heidi wore a one-piece with thick straps covering each shoulder, exposing her legs while she arranged her brown tresses sleekly over one shoulder.
A second photo captures Heidi straddling a wooden chair backwards while wearing a playing card-themed bodysuit.
In her caption, Heidi wrote: “Similarly to how I look at photos and videos of models for [Germany’s Next Top Model], these photos were my application photos for my 1992 modelling competition. My mom brought me a box of lots of old pictures from the basement.”
