5 Stars Who Love to Shop at Flea Markets

Flea markets can be veritable treasure troves  if you know what to look out for. These 5 stars all love to shop at their local flea markets, picking up old finds and vintage pieces including clothing, furniture, toys and accessories. Happy with their purchases, they love hitting up the flea market whenever they can to find even more to add to their collection.

Demi Moore

Demi hit up the flea market to expand her vintage monkey collection: “Just had a flea market adventure with my baby girl Lulah at the Rose Bowl, found another vintage monkey for my collection!”

Emma Watson

For a Lancome campaign, Emma was styled in her own hat which she purchased at a flea market in Paris. She explained: “The hat [in the ad] was my hat, which I bought at a flea market in Paris. I was very involved in the script. It’s been really fun for me.”

Julianne Moore

Julianne reveals her favourite flea market find is a table she owns: “A couple of really big driftwood tables. One is very tall, and it is like a pillar. It was painted bright orange. And so I had it stripped, and it’s been in my foyer for years. But it was really just a $400 piece of driftwood.”

Lily Collins

Lily hopes her fame will never hinder her from shopping at flea markets because she loves the experience: “I have no idea what will happen after Mirror, Mirror, but I love that I can still do what I want to do on a weekend, like go to the flea market. I don’t ever want that to stop.”

Zoe Kravitz

Zoe is known for her unique style and she says she regularly picks up once-off pieces at flea markets: “I’m into a ’70s feel right now. I’ve been wearing a lot of blues, bell-bottoms, sweatshirts, and stuff, kind of like Jodie Foster in Freaky Friday. I go to a lot of vintage stores, a lot of flea markets. I love finding one-of-a-kind treasures.”
