Going green – these 5 healthy celebrities say they try to only eat organic. Ditching junk food and cleaning out their systems, they’ve transformed their diets and are addicted to eating only good food that has been grown as naturally as possible, kept away from chemicals, pesticides and other additives that they’re hoping to avoid. Some first went organic in order to keep their kids’ health in check and soon started eating similarly, while others believe that the key to good skin in loading up on organic fruits and veg as often as possible. It clearly works, as these 5 beauties all stick to their green diets and are all about natural products that are healthier.
Jennifer does her best to only feed herself good food: ”I am always trying to eat organic and natural foods, so that just made my stomach turn and made me feel terrible. And I think what you put in your body, as well as stress, is reflected in the quality of your skin.”
Jessica started off with her children and now also eats good organic foods: “I’m very strict with Honor. She’s healthy and on a schedule. We eat organic, our house is all green, we don’t waste. It’s more about having as green a house as possible. We recycle, we have a hybrid car, we do that kind of stuff.”
Kourtney will only feed her son organic and now she loves green produce too: “I use only organic foods for Mason, and it made me think about what I put into my body too. I couldn’t sit around eating cookies and expect him to eat vegetables. I’ve discovered I really liked eating that way.”
Miranda does her best to find organic foods: “The first step is eating healthy. I predominantly eat organic when I can. I eat extremely healthy because when I do, I have more energy. I love spinach, avocado, lots of greens and broccoli.I’m pretty much 80 per cent healthy, 20 per cent indulgent, because I don’t believe in depriving yourself.’
Pink is so dedicated to organic living that she now grows most of her own veg: “I’ve put in several raised beds of vegetables: swiss chard, kale, onions, tomatoes, grapes, broccoli, carrots. I’m even going to make my own wine. I love to be dirty, to get in the mud. And I can eat fresh, organic dishes every day.”
