5 Celebs Who Say They Avoid Going to the Gym

Hate hitting the gym? You’re not alone! These 5 celebrities say they’ll do anything to avoid a traditional gym workout and have found other ways to stay fit, while others say they don’t exercise at all! Finding the gym too boring and difficult, these stars prefer to stay fit by keeping active and enjoy dancing or hiking to burn off the calories instead.

Angelina says she is naturally quite skinny and stays active: “I really don’t work out. I’ve always been kind of slight, and I’ve always loved to run and jump around and be physical, so action roles are not a huge challenge for me.”

Emily Ratajkowski

Emily doesn’t use a trainer and works out by walking: “I don’t have a trainer, and I don’t really go to the gym. I go on long walks and hikes with my girlfriends. That’s about it. I’m just not a crazy fitness person.”

Pixie Lott

Pixie finds gym workouts boring and prefers to stay fit by dancing: ”I don’t hit the gym at all; I find it so boring. But I love, love dancing … Dancing is a great all-over body workout, but you really enjoy it so it doesn’t feel like exercise.”

Salma reveals she never exercises but instead works her muscles: “I don’t have time to exercise. I am working. I’ve had some 20-hour days. I work with a woman in London who taught me how to hold my body in a way where the muscles are activated all day long. So even when you brush your teeth, you’re working the muscles.”

Sienna doesn’t go the gym because she finds it boring:  “I’m not a gym person. I used to be very sporty at school and I loved competitive sports, but it’s hard for me to go to a gym and just run. I get bored very easily, so I have to find things that are more interesting. I could do with being more toned. It’s small, but it’s not firm.”
