5 Celebrities Who’ve Admitted They Have Cellulite

Cellulite is a common skin condition, but in a world where celebrities are supposed to be perfect, it’s unusual for any stars to admit that they have trouble with the nasty orange peel problem – these 5 celebrities are refreshingly honest and have openly stated that they suffer from it because they don’t have perfect bodies. Happy to tell the world that they too often feel self-conscious when it’s time to slip into a bikini just like any regular person, these celebrities appear to have healthy opinions of their figure and know it’s only natural not to be flawless all the time – so they try to embrace what they have.

Cindy Crawford

Cindy may be one of the most stunning models in the world, but she says even she can suffer from cellulite: “If I put on a few pounds, it goes straight to my butt. I’m sexy but I’m not intimidating. I do have cellulite. So much of your life you spend trying to prove yourself, trying to make things happen, trying to get somewhere else. But then you get in your late 30s and 40s and realise life is pretty amazing right in front of you, if you can just be present in it.”

Kim Kardashian

Kim loves to work on her figure, but she also knows she can’t get rid of her cellulite: “When I’m in Los Angeles, I exercise every day. And I’ll say it. I think my thighs are jiggly and I have cellulite.  Of course I struggle with insecure moments. I wish I didn’t. But I love to eat! Especially sweets. But on days when I need extra motivation, I just think, ‘Bikini, bikini, bikini!’ After working out, I see a difference in my butt and thighs and my clothes fit a little differently, too. I’m also really proud of how toned my arms are.”

Kate Winslet

Kate admits her body isn’t completely perfect but she knows that’s normal: ”I look like the people that walk down the street. I don’t have perfect boobs, I don’t have zero cellulite – of course I don’t – and I’m curvy. If that is something that makes women feel empowered in any way, that’s great. On a deeper, subconscious level, it’s one of the reasons why I’ve allowed my stupid self to be so naked on screen. It’s partly because I do believe that it’s right for the character and it’s right for the story but it’s also knowing that not many people do that, actually – and not just that, but I’m a normal person.”

Jessica Alba

Jessica has embraced the cellulite she got during her pregnancy and believes confidence is the key to being happy with your body: “Even though some might consider them a flaw, I’ve learned to love my stretch marks. Pregnancy was the most incredible experience I’ve ever had. So I’ll take the stretch marks. I’ll take the sagging boobs. I’ll take the cellulite I can never get rid of. If you walk around with your head held high and you’re happy and positive, then all that other stuff is irrelevant. Confidence is number one.”

Hayden Panettiere

Hayden says she feels so much pressure to look amazing: “I live in criticism every day. I used to walk my dogs in my PJs but now I have to make sure I look half decent or else I get trashed. Or like having cellulite on the back of your legs. I’m sorry, I’m a woman! I don’t know what you want me to tell you. I’m sorry it’s not going to go away. I can’t do anything about it. I apologise if my legs offended you!”
