Kim Kardashian Opens Up on Losing Her Baby Weight

Kim Kardashian has finally spoken on losing her baby weight, revealing how she did it and the goal she set for herself. Kim has said that she lost most of their weight by sticking to an Atkins diet and also working very hard at the gym. She said it was a big challenge because she gained quite a bit during her pregnancy, and rumors that she simply went under the knife to shed the pounds aren’t true and upset her:

“I think [the rumors] really upset me just because I worked so hard. This was such a challenge for me. I did gain a lot of weight, I did. It was hard for me. Everyone was really not the nicest with me when I was pregnant and you lose sight for a second, like, ‘Wait, what if I never get my body back to normal again?'”

Kim says she is now very proud of herself for sticking with her workout plan because it paid off eventually and she wants people who say she lost weight by other methods to see that she did it all on her own:

“I always worked out, but it was a challenge for me. And so because I stuck through with it, I was so proud of myself for doing that, that it really upset me when people would always try and make it into something else of why I lost the weight.”

A source is claiming that Kim hasn’t even hit her ideal weight yet and she’s actually decided that she wants to become a size zero which she continues to work towards:

“She’s hit her goal weight but wants to drop to a size 0. Apparently she’s eating just 1,000 calories a day and drinking herbal teas in a bid to shed the weight. She also wakes up for daily 5am workouts and often does another hour in the afternoon.”
