What are Knowledge Points?

Knowledge is a new currency introduced in World of Warcraft: Dragonflight. These points can be spent in the Specialization Trees of your profession to improve your crafting ability. Knowledge Points can be obtained in a variety of ways, including but not limited to first-time crafting, random drops, static treasures, special trainers, quests, and Renown.

It is critical to consider how you spend your knowledge. While learning everything a Specialization has to offer is possible, this system is designed to require a significant time investment to maximize. Because there is currently no way to refund Knowledge, selecting starter builds wisely is essential.

Unlearning and then relearning the profession will not reset or refund spent Knowledge Points. You’ll get back everything you’d learned through Specialization, as well as any unspent points, but you’ll have to start over at Skill (1) and re-learn any recipes.

Best Jewelcrafting Specialization in WoW: Dragonflight

In general, the Jewelcrafting profession has the potential to rank among the top gold-mining professions due to its highly sought-after wares, which include rings, amulets, trinkets, profession accessories, gems, statues, pets, new Draconic Vial Icon Draconic Vials, and Empty Soul Cages.
There are four Jewelcrafting specializations on the Dragon Isles:

  • Faceting
  • Jeweler’s Kit Mastery
  • Setting
  • Enterprising

Faceting allows you to cut gems of higher quality and specialize in a specific element.

Jeweler’s Kit Mastery is all about honing your overall Jewelcrafting skills and learning how to create items faster and with higher quality. The more you level up this specialization, the more stats you will gain, allowing you to save more materials and create more items.

Setting allows you to add sockets to necklaces and other attributes to jewelry.

Prospecting for higher-quality gems, making basic and finished reagents, and making profession tools for you or other players are the main focuses of Enterprising.

All four specializations have their advantages and disadvantages, making it difficult to determine which is the best. Essentially, it all comes down to what you’ll use the most (e.g. crafting the best rings and amulets vs. creating profession accessories).
