Kelly Preston might not be in for an easy birth if she decides to go down the Scientology route. Kelly is almost ready to burst with husband John Travolta’s baby, and there has been some speculation that the couple will be incorporating an aspect of their faith into the birth, which, sadly for Kelly, means being silent throughout the whole delivery. The silent birth means no music is allowed, and no talking, or screams of pain throughout the delivery. A Scientology leader explains:

“One is meant to be as silent as possible so as to not give the child a ‘birth engram’ with ‘hypnotic’ type phrases and sounds that will re-stimulate him later in life.”

The reason for the silent birth is essentially to cut down on the distress caused which could potentially haunt the child as it grows older, however, it does sound like the mother just has to deal with more stress on the day, lets just hope it makes a quick exit.
