For all those who enjoyed The Hangover, or at least those who can relate to the plot, you’ll be happy to know that the cast of the original film are heading to Thailand for the sequel – a place where you’d be lucky to escape from the she-male prostitutes, and if you do, you’ll probably get caught in the middle of a red shirts demonstration. There’s bound to be a few cheap laughs at the expense of Thai culture and because transsexualism is more accepted (and there is a large populous comparatively, Thailand has the highest rate of sex change operations in the world), there is no way they’ll let that slip – cheap laughs and offense all round, Zach Galifianakis, look out for the home-made rocket launcher pointed at your hilarious face.

Zach hinted about the films location recently saying:

“I think it’s going to be in a foreign country, and I think it has to be in an exotic place.”

ComingSoon then confirmed that it’s going to be Thailand, and that the original cast will return  “with a script that sees the characters from the 2009 hit comedy traveling to Asia.”  Ed Helms, Bradley Cooper, and Zach Galifianakis have all signed on for the sequel.
