- Today’s game: Is Ja Morant, Tyrese Haliburton ready on Sunday’s game? Injury reports Pacers – Grizzlies
The Bucks put Green through an ankle test by having him play in a G League game before Sunday’s game against the Pelicans. His 33-minute log suggests he is healthy.
Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reports that Portis will be out for at least two weeks with a knee injury. Portis will miss some time after suffering a right medial collateral ligament sprain on Monday against the Pistons. He will be reevaluated in early February.
While Bobby Portis is out with a knee injury, Beauchamp could return to the starting lineup for the Bucks. However, the team could also choose to stick with its small-ball lineup, which features Giannis Antetokounmpo at backup center and Wesley Matthews as a floor spacer.
- Giannis Antetokounmpo: Probable vs. Pelicans
Antetokounmpo (knee) is questionable for Sunday’s game against the Pelicans, but the Bucks are still hopeful he can play.
Antetokounmpo’s knee pain hasn’t stopped him from playing in the past three games; he’s averaging 34.3 points, 12.7 boards, 4.7 dimes, and 1.3 steals in 30.7 minutes. It’s possible that he’s prepared to start warming up.

- Brandon Ingram: Improved performance
During Saturday’s 113-103 loss to the Wizards, Ingram had 22 points (8-22 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 5-5 FT), six rebounds, four assists, and one steal in 29 minutes.
Ingram looked a little better in the loss, scoring 22 points on 8-of-22 shots. The efficiency is still a problem, and it might stay that way for a few more games. The fact that he was able to play for 29 minutes is a good sign, and we hope that number will go up in the games to come.
The Pelicans have now lost seven games in a row. They are still in the fifth spot in the Western Conference, but they are only one game ahead of the 10th-place Jazz.
