Miranda Kerr Reveals How She Maintains Her Amazing Figure

Australian model Miranda Kerr, who welcomed her first child just over a year ago, has commented that keeping her body in shape is a lot of hard work. She has to workout constantly and eats really healthy most of the time in order to keep her amazing model figure which takes a lot of commitment:

”It’s been a lot of yoga and Pilates, and eating healthily. It does take hard work.”

However, Miranda says that she doesn’t believe in completely depriving herself of treats, and if she feels like eating something that isn’t healthy, she does so from time to time which she feels is okay:

”If you want to have a little indulgence every now and then, then that’s okay. Sometimes I’ll feel like some dark chocolate or sometimes I’ll feel like some French fries.”

Miranda wants all women to embrace their own best qualities because she believes that although we are all so different, there is something special about us all – cheesy, but a nice though too. Miranda commented:

”I can’t feel bad about being who I am, just like the girl next to me can’t feel bad about being who she is. Because a rose can never be a sunflower, and a sunflower can never be a rose.’ I want to encourage women to embrace their own uniqueness. Because just like a rose is beautiful, so is a sunflower, so is a peony. I mean, all flowers are beautiful in their own way, and that’s like women too.”
