Rocker Marilyn Manson has given a rather odd interview, but then again – what were you expecting? Manson says that the drugs and alcohol he’s regularly put into his body has kept the germs away from him, which is the reason he’s healthy today and he says he has no health problems at all:
”My body is a place where drugs and alcohol have made germs afraid to live. I have no health problems to speak of, touch wood.”
Manson is currently dating model Lindsay Usich, and after Lindsay’s twin sister welcomed a child, he has suddenly had the urge to have one of his own who can follow in his footsteps:
”My girlfriend Lindsay’s twin just had a baby and I’ve started to think that maybe I wouldn’t mind passing my demented genius on to some small thing who can set fire and breathe profanity.”
Although he believes he is on good terms with his now ex-wife Dita Von Teese, he believes she is still slightly p***ed at him after a recent meeting. He says he loves creative women who aren’t afraid to be themselves, although he admits many women are just after the fame:
”I’m on good terms with my ex-wife, but I saw her recently at the Met Bar in London and I think there’s a part of her that’s still p***ed at me. I am drawn to women who are independent and creative, which is problematic because it’s a struggle, a competition of careers. There’s jealousy. And if you don’t want to be known as Marilyn Manson’s girlfriend, why would you be it?”
He completes the interview by admitting that the thought of a threesome frightens him and that he isn’t perverted either (always nice to know):
”I’m not some sort of sexual deviant. I think I would laugh nervously in the face of a threesome. I’m shy. I’m the kind of person who turns the lights out.”
