UPDATE 3: Allen caught six of his 14 targets for 88 yards and a touchdown in the Raiders’ 27-20 loss on Sunday.

UPDATE 2: Allen (hamstring) is listed as questionable for Sunday night’s game against the Chiefs after logging a full practice Friday.

UPDATE: According to Chargers beat writer Daniel Popper, the veteran wide receiver participated in the Chargers’ walk-through on Friday after practicing on Thursday ahead of the Chargers’ Sunday night game against the Chiefs.

According to the team’s official injury report, Allen (hamstring) returned to practice in a limited capacity on Wednesday.

Allen will also return to individual drills, according to head coach Brandon Staley, making a return for Sunday night’s game against Kansas City look more likely.

Allen’s status will most likely remain “questionable” ahead of the pivotal Sunday Night Football divisional matchup.

With the Chargers likely employing a pass-heavy approach to keep up with the Chiefs, Allen is worth starting as a WR2.

If Allen misses his third game in a row, Joshua Palmer and DeAndre Carter are still viable starting options, especially if Mike Williams (ankle) is also out.
