Injury Reports Grizzlies - Knicks

The Memphis Grizzlies are coming off a big home win against their division rival, the New Orleans Pelicans, which they won 132-111 in Memphis on Friday. It improved their season record to 11-8, tying them with New Orleans atop the Southwest division. They are currently tied for third place in the Western Conference.

Ja Morant is the Grizzlies’ most outstanding player.

Ja Morant shot the ball well and continues to put up impressive rebounding numbers, grabbing 22 total rebounds in his last three games. Over the first month and a half of the 2022-23 season, the point guard has been dominant, averaging 28.9 points, 6.3 rebounds, 7.0 assists, and 1.1 steals in 15 games.

Desmond Bane suffered a Grade 2 sprain of his right big toe against Minnesota on Nov. 11 and will be out for two to three weeks.

Meanwhile, Xavler Tillman (illness) is questionable for the Knicks game on Sunday.

Tillman isn’t a regular in the lineup. His possible absence will have no effect on fantasy.

The New York Knicks have lost three of their last four games and are now 9-10. They are six games back of Boston in the Atlantic Division and ninth in the Eastern Conference.

Cam Reddish (groin) is listed as doubtful for Sunday’s game against the Grizzlies.

Reddish has been out for the Knicks’ last three games, but he appears to be on his way back on Sunday. Still, his final status will be determined by how he feels closer to kickoff.

Due to a right quad contusion, Jalen Brunson is listed as questionable for Sunday’s game against the Grizzlies.

Brunson sustained the injury in the Trail Blazers’ 132-129 overtime loss on Friday. His status on Sunday will presumably be determined by how he feels closer to kickoff.

Derrick Rose (toe) is listed as questionable for Sunday’s game against the Grizzlies by the Knicks.

Rose could miss his third straight game due to a sore right toe. More information on his status is expected to become available closer to game time on Sunday.
