Gwyneth Paltrow Wants Californian Pop-Up Restaurant in London

Still living in her own bubble fantasy world where money grows on trees and apples are human beings, Gwyneth Paltrow has had another very normal idea – why not launch a pop-up restaurant in London to show off her extremely expensive recipes which are part of her book? The actress says she wants to bring her Californian inspired creations to England and is dreaming of the restaurant as a way to best show them off. She also reveals that she came up with many of her foodie ideas to help her husband:

“I would make a Californian pop-up restaurant in London with all the healthy salads from the book and tuna burgers, salmon burgers and tacos. He was focused on eating well to prepare for the tour, so I started developing these recipes. Nothing processed and nothing toxic, but still delicious. And that’s how the book came about. It came out of a need in a very organic way.”

Gwyneth has been criticized for pushing her food ideals (this is a thing now) on to her young children Moses and Apple as she admitted that she often bans them from eating carbs. She has now tried to make it sound like she is less controlling by saying it helps them to stay healthy and in a better mood:

“Sometimes the kids want a cookie and that’s fine. But my son has eczema and gluten is really irritating to his skin, so when I can, I’ll do quinoa pasta or risotto with brown rice, and I notice such a difference in all my family’s health and mood and skin.”
