How To Change Name In Disney Dreamlight Valley
Developer Gameloft saw that players were running into a name filtering issue, preventing some players from choosing their preferred character/avatar name. However, they are quick to fix this problems. An updated filtering system was removed an hour after the issue was made public on social media.

Players who have already chosen their name and are unhappy with it due to the name leaking issue are wondering if there is a name change feature in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
The developers did share some good news on Twitter, stating:
“For those of you who have already chosen a name and would like to change it, stay tuned. We will allow players to change their name with an upcoming update.”
