While the last of Harry Potter has yet to be released, Daniel Radcliffe is already talking about starring in the remake – be it in 20, 30, or 50 years time. Daniel says that although he would say yes to the remake, he wouldn’t want to play Harry Potter again, but would consider taking on a new role:

“I’m sure one day, probably years and years from now, someone will want to remake them as new films. If the call comes I wouldn’t come back as Harry. No, if they did it in 30 years, I would want to be [Harry’s godfather] Sirius [Black].”

Daniel also says he would consider playing Dumbledore if he was old and grey by the time they remake the film:

“If they do it in 50 then it would have to be [Albus] Dumbledore. But I think Sirius is the one every actor wants to play.”

Let’s just get through this set of Harry Potter films, although he’d make a pretty funny Sirius!
