Rihanna and Kelis were one of the first to start this hair trend, and there has been plenty of other stars to rock it since. Some just shave one side, which can easily be covered up when their hair if let loose, while other stars get both sides shaved (a la Rihanna, who has dyed the middle section red) for a dramatic punky hairstyle with attitude.
